Jay Leib is a seasoned entrepreneur and AI innovator with a proven track record of helping organizations transform data into better business decisions. Over more than two decades, he has founded and scaled multiple successful legal-tech companies, including Discovery Cracker and NexLP, a TechStars-backed pioneer in AI and NLP. He holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and is a certified Principal Data Scientist.

Jeffrey A. Sklar has decades of experience as an M&A lawyer and founding partner at Sklar Kirsh LLP. Jeff shapes PortOptix's product roadmap and customer strategy with a deep understanding of complex transactions, corporate governance, and private equity operations. His background spans technology, consumer products, healthcare, and hospitality industries.

Rick Weber is a lawyer turned entrepreneur with five personal exits from legal technology companies. He began his career at Mayer Brown and later became a federal prosecutor for the U.S. SEC. Rick serves as Managing Partner for Arbor Ridge Partners and is an adjunct professor at University of Chicago Booth School of Business and McGill University.
